Designed and conducted experiments to improve yield and reliability for gas-assisted FIB processing; assisted with R&D testing for new gas chemistry and hardware product development, including development of key steps in an application workflow for a major customer and validation of a proof-of-concept FIB column hardware modification for improving TEM sample throughput by as much as 20%; drafted technical documentation for a new FEI gas chemistry; provided equipment maintenance and troubleshooting expertise.
