CSMC spin out company awarded $10 million to further research

 

 

 

On Tuesday two articles were made public announcing that multiple companies, including Intel and Samsung, would provide Inpria, a spin out from the CSMC, with a $10 million dollar investment in their continued extreme ultraviolet (EUV) research where they have already made significant progress. This is very exciting for the semiconductor industry and for Inpria and we look forward to seeing what they discover.
