Research Interests

My research group's interests are focused on metal-oxo clusters - small, charged pieces of water-soluble metal-oxide. We grow clusters from a variety of metal cations, including tantalum and vanadium, and study these clusters in solution to learn how they interact with their counterions (ions that balance the charge of the clusters) and each other.
