His research is focused on synthesis and chemical insight of amorphous oxide semiconductors for thin-film transistors, inorganic conducting phosphors, and solution-processed transparent conducting oxides. He has gained research and development experience in an industry environment through collaboration with Corning, Inc.
|Nizan Kenane is a Ph.D. student in Doug Keszler's research group. Her academic research is focused on metal-oxide based resists for nanopatterning applications. She has interned as a process engineer at Lam Research and as a chemist at Inpria Corporation and has gained experience in research and development in industry environments.|
Max Wallace is a 3rd year PhD student in Dr. Mas Subramanians research group. Fundamental structure - property investigations on various metal oxide systems (honeycomb layered, perovskite based, spinel, pyrochlore, etc.) and metal alloy systems with a focus towards topological insulators, superconductors, and thermoelectric materials is the emphasis of his research.
